After all, most of the action went to Anakin and the 501st, so Cap’n Rex had the Lion’s share of carbon scoring on his kit.
While Cody was trotting around with his orange visor all around, he didn’t get much face time on the first 4 episodes. More clones for the masses! For example, the Star (Clone) of the Show: Captain “We’ve got you outnumbered!” Rex. Either that or they actually don’t have much to write about. And the fact that the movie is targeted to the waves of younger audiences, so they probably had to water down the story. But considering that the Clone Wars is an ongoing animation series (I think it’s shown at Cartoon Network, can’t keep up because I don’t have cable TV anymore), so the stiff animation is to be expected.
With the stiff animation (I noticed it a few times) and the absolute lack of story, it’s pretty reasonable that a lot of people will be angry they paid expensive movie tickets for such. When he says they got you outnumbered, just shut up and believe himĪ lot of people were disappointed at Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
